Our 6-Step Inspection Process
Initial Consultation
We listen to your symptoms — water loss, air bubbles, wet spots — and review your pool's history to narrow down likely leak areas.
Pool Equipment
The technician will perform a visual inspection of the pool equipment and he will turn it off to start the leak test process.
Topical Inspection
The technician will check all components of the pool that are reachable from the deck. This includes returns, skimmer, vacuum ports, jets, tile, and underground plumbing.
Underwater Dive Inspection
Our divers check the pool shell, main drain, and light niche — even in the winter months — to pinpoint the leak source.
Dye Testing & Verification
We use dye near suspected cracks and fittings. If the dye gets pulled in, we've confirmed the exact leak location. Any minor leaks will be patched with a special underwater two-part epoxy.
Detailed Written Report
You get a written report with photos showing where the leak is, and if a repair is needed, we'll follow up with a quote.
